Introduction
Nikkei, Japan’s leading media organisation hosted one of its first and largest-scale events in India on February 21, 2025. Designed to foster bilateral growth and investment opportunities between India and Japan, the event brought together an influential assembly of dignitaries namely Shri Piyush Goyal, Hon’ble Minister of Commerce and Industry, Shri Jitin Prasada, Hon’ble Minister of State, Ministry of Commerce and Industry, H. E. Mr. Keiichi Ono Ambassador of Japan to India, and senior leadership of leading companies like Maruti Suzuki, Dentsu, Yamaha, Panasonic, and more.

Geek Pictures India was proud to collaborate with the Association for Overseas Technical Cooperation and Sustainable Partnerships (AOTS), Japan as the Creative Agency. Our scope included end-to-end event production, starting from developing the brand language to designing digital and print assets, managing on-ground production, photographic documentation and overseeing the event's live execution.
Overview
We led the complete production and set design, designed and supervised all print production including digital and print (banners, standees, etc) assets, managed on-ground logistics and event setup, and ensured seamless showrunning through the live event.
With robust on-ground participation and a strong presence of influential stakeholders, the event marked a milestone in Nikkei’s India outreach. Geek Pictures India played a pivotal role in shaping the narrative and delivering a flawlessly executed experience that reflected the strategic importance of the initiative.
